This thieving bank took $235 bucks for NSF fees when there was plenty of money in my account

Had more than $800 dollars in my account, and they started whacking me $35 in NSF fees.

I emailed them on their secure customer service website, complained, and they emailed me back a bunch of corporate psycho-babble about their policies regarding when checks are posted, etc etc.

Emailed them again, a different customer service rep emailed me back trying to explain why NSF fees were assesed, but still did not restore any of the disputed fees.

I just emailed them again tonight, and listed their exact figures, and will see if they can explain it away, or what they will do. I carbon-copied my lawyers, just in case I have to sue these (alleged) thieves.

I may have been born at night, but it WASNT LAST NIGHT!
