Fees on Pending Transactions Wellington

I am also a victim of the changes with Bank of America. I did not know that they were going to do this, event though they say they sent out information about it. I didn't know about it until I received overdraft fees on pending transacations. These transactions are not posted yet, but they are charging fees! I am so upset about this. I used to think it was great, that they you could deposit up to 8:00pm and it would go right thru, but now i am getting fees right and left. Now that I know this, I can do something about it, but when I didn't know, it made it awful. So I got charged $70 last night and now tonight they tell me I will get two more fees. I wouldn't have been overdrawn if it wasnt' for the $70 they took out last night. I thought they always said they wouldn't charge a fee on top of a fee, but that is what they are doing to me. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated. I can not afford these fees!
