Fraud ripoff

Went to get a mortgage from ameriquest and they told us our credit was bad so the would have to do a ajustable rate then they asked for our bank account records they used them as income for me saing i did babysitting but i did not i am a housewife

They said the mortgage would be one price and came back 400.00 higher we are trying to sell our house that we dreamed about for so long becouse of this mortgage company we can handle the payments go up aal the time can someone please help us or give us any info or direction?
