Ripoff Falseified fraud and debt claim

Hello,

The Island National Bank of New York, NY sent me a falsefied claim that I owed $359.08 in the mail saying I owed them money from way back in March of 1999. Never got any repayment letter before that point and now they want me to pay off this fraudulent fake debt. These people are scam artists don't give them anything. Please be aware that they might have gotten your information online from third party credit monitoring service like Paypal or Escrow who knows. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, The Internet Crime peole and the Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter. If these people try anything on me I will file a class action lawsuit so I'd be glad to join in with anyone else that has recieved this fake falseified information as well.
