Deceitful, and Manipulative forced insurance practices Ripoff

I purchase a new used car from the Oakland, auto dealer with my personal full body coverage, I wanted to use another insurance carrier for better rates. While shopping I was under the impression by my carrier I had continues coverage when I finally made the new selection. I apperantly the carrier was in correct as to the coverage time period report to me that eventally caused a lapse in my coverage with wellsfargo for 60days while making payments on the vechile they will apply the payments to Forced Vechile insurance first while charging you lates fees and reporting the vechile late. When the payment was made to cover the specified time when there was no insurance in there error have reversed the fees from the corrective payment and re-instated the forced insurance again, and late fees, re-aged the date to reflect 90days late... Unbelievable billing practices.
