Dishonest Overdraft and NSF Fee Practices

Over the past month I have endured over $300.00 in overdraft and NSF fund fees from Wachovia.

They claimed on many occassions that I had an insifficient account balance when I was showing something completely different. They even charged me additonal $35.00 fees because of their $2.00 ATM fees.

I have argued with them via email and phone. One of the reps even stated that what I was showing was wrong and that their computer system showed something different. Why would I be showing something different than what they have? This is my money and my account. Does this make any sense?

After everything, they agreed to remove only one fee. I'm still out hundreds of dollars and they don't seem to care.

If anyone else has had this problem, please let me know. It would give me one more reason to go the BBB.
