Ripoff this "edp" has taken money from me tried to get reimbursed no response on live chat clled no on amswered

Jill, Star, Lemriel, Tressa, Bridgett, my name is John. Like most of you I did not give "EDP" authorization to debit me for this "159.00 plus some change" off of my account. Again, like most of you, I don't even remember applying for a prepaid credit card, those 2 words should not go together. When I tried to contact them by phone no on answered. When I tried to "live chat" with them, waiting for a response, they redirected me to email them a "leave a message page ". I fell like catching a flight to valley village, and giving them a whopping of there life. Being the person that I am, thats not the next right thing to do. I am still furious about this, i have a daughter thats 6 years old. She would've went hungry if it wasn't for my girlfriend. On top of that, I went short on rent. I am broke. Thanks to "EDP"
