Withdrew money from chcking acct without permission or knowledge. Did not apply for this at all

On March 25th, $34.96 was withdrawn from our checking account without our authorization for "a membership fee" which we had no idea of what this was about as we had not applied to this company.
On April 6 there was an additional $24.96 again withdrawn from our account without our authorization for "monthly fees". We did not apply for this prepaid debit card, we already have a debit car through our banking insitution.
This is a ripoff as any number you try to contact you get will only give you instruction on how to get to a "live person" but the person never comes on, you still remain on hold forever. No one ever picks up. There is absolutely no way to contact this rip off to get out of this predicament at all.
This is all under the guise of Clip Coupons.com again which we never applied for anything of this nature or even know what the website is. I want our money reimbursed but of course this is highly unlikely as you can never get to a live person and sending an email is even a bigger farce as there is no return message from this rip-off company
