Net Detective And Others rip off unauthorized checking account deductions

I was online to citi bank trying to get a car loan. It was denied so I searched not so good credit loans. I went to check out a couple of them and I just was not comfortable putting all of my personal info on these web sites well these sites were popping up one after another with my personal info already in the boxes and I closed out everything.

I got a phone call from this my clean start.com. They started asking me about my bank where it was and the name of it I told them I was not interested and hung up the phone. This was around January 22. I had deposited some money to my checking account on Jan. 19 I had wrote checks to pay for my kids health insurance and some other bills.

Well I started getting all these overdraft notices from my bank which I thought was strange since I knew exactly how much I had left. So I went to the bank on friday FEB. 2 2007 and The teller and I found this strange number check and looked into it and it was an E check for $49.95 taken out of my checking account. So needless to say my checking account is almost $300.00 in the negative due to overdraft charges

Seven of them at $30.00 each and now the checks that bounced all those charges. When you try to contact them there is a message saying they were hit by a tornado and are closed. You e mail them and they said they can not refund after 5 days. I did not authorize this so what can I do???
