AMC Mortgage They Did A Balooned Appraisal They did a bogus appraisal. Ripoff

The company did a bogus appraisal no one from their company ever came to my home to appraise it. It had been appraised one year prior and the value was $59,000 they appraised it at $74,000 without ever seeing the home inside or outside. They also raised the interest from 7.2% to 10.5%. At one point we had gotten behind on our payments caused from a week long power outage from major storms and they threatened to foreclose on our loan.

Even though I had called and explained to them that Illinois was considered a State of Disaster from the storms we had in July. On another occasion we had tried to make 2 payments at once to get caught up because we were a month behind and they informed us if we made both payments at the same time we would still owe a current payment.

All we wanted to do was send the past due amount and the current payment at the same time. They informed us that if we done this it would still be due for another payment.
