Very hard to work with. Wait they will not work with you at all! Ripoff Grand Rapids

I also have had to deal with Ameriquest Mortgage. They are the worst company to deal with. My home was 30 yrs old (it was a nice home) I had an appraisal done and they said that it was worth 99000.00. Well one year later I had no choice but to try and sell it, I could no longer afford the High payments I was stuck with. When the realtor went through the house she said that she could not see me getting enough to even pay off the loan. Mind you I had done improvements to the home since I had it appraised just one year ago. She told me that she would list it for 79000.00. I was devstated and sickened to the thought.

I called Ameriquest to see if they could work with me and they never got back with me, I then called to see if they could help me out because I didnt have enough money to make my monthy payment and I knew that if I would be late then I would have to come up with 2 payments. I was told that there isnt anything they can do to help"you will have to make 2 payments by your next payment" And they made it very clear that they would not accept a single payment if I was late.

Well to make a long story short I had to let them forclose on my home. I lost my home due to the fact that they would not work with me at all.
I would never never reccommend them to anyone!
