's Harassment Specialists Ignored Violation letters Ripoff

After consolidating my loans, my lawyer sent letters to each of my creditors informing them of my action and informing them also that they were not to contact me in any form, whatsoever.

Did the letter accomplish anything? It gave the lawyer legal rights to file violations in a court of law and send them violation letters for contacting me by phone&three times a day for a total of 372 phone calls.

They called me at 7:30 pm, 8pm and again at 9:00pm every single day, Saturday and Sunday included, for the past four months.in addition, they keep sending me monthly bills as if the consolidation never happened, at all.

I have received constant harassment, day and night by phone and by mail for over four months, and am still being harassed.
