Misleading money scam

This company offers $5,000.00 credit limit on platinum credit card for a fee of $45. It is not a Visa card, it is a card to buy catalog items from THEM, not stores, gas stations or anyplace you would expect to use a credit card. I wonder how many millions they will scam off the unsupecting public with this? ClintKelso, Alberta
