Bank Fees More Than Doubled Without Notice, Widow on Fixed Income

Seem US Bank raised there fees, over double, without letting any one know.

Being a widow and on a fixed income. I get direct deposit for my small income, well looks like the bank is going to make sure they get it all.

For there new fees. That no one knew about. Why is it that the customer, has the burden of proof on them?

How can companies get away with it? And we have no recourse..
