Rip-off, unprofessional

My father took out a payday loan from these people on the 18th of August. On the first of September they tried to debit out the funds. Well the bank was closed on Monday, Sept 1st so nothing processed until the 2nd of September including his benefits check. Well the bank processed the withdrawals first then the deposit. When we spoke with payday-loan-yes.com people they said they processed it as it return. Then the next month they not only took out the fees, they also took out the principle. Which was ok with us-but when he went back to borrow again they told him he was ineligible for another one.

I spoke to guy named erick, who said he was the owner of the company, but obviously was not proceeded to tell us that he did not care about me or my father and that we were nobodies.

He also went on to say that his pockets were fat and that they would always be fat because of stupid people like us that would always need to borrow money.

This company is very big RIPOFF!
