Rip-off innocent people

By reading all the complaints against Vanderbilt, I now see I am not the only one they have treated bad.

My story is like many others, but it is different in someways.
And I will not be able to say everything I want too it would take so long, so here is my short story. (or as short as I can make it).

My husband and I bought this trailer in April and it was fin. With Chase Man. Well Chase sold our account to Vanderbilt at the end of 2005.

Well in Aug of my husband passed away. Now my name was not on this loan so of course I could not get any info on this account, but they hounded me about payments as soon as I sent them a death cert., which I was told to do. Then I had his will probated so I could find out what was owed on the trailer.

Well after I faxed them the letter from the courts they still refused to give me a pay-off. Now my world is upside down and these people don't give a damn. Now I owed them a payment and they would not give me a pay-off without me sending them a payment, then I had to get someone to say they were a bank calling just to get a pay-off. We have done paid them almost 43,000 in 66 months and they said we owed 43,000 more on this loan.
Well I asked for a copy of the signed contract my husband signed and a break down on this loan. Well I got a copy of a blank contract and no break down and when I call they say it is in the mail. (yeah right).

I have tried to get these people to work with me on this loan and they will not even talk to me except to tell me to send a payment or lose my home. And then they have the nerve to tell me that they don't think they are being unfair to me.

Now I have come up with the money to pay them off, but I want others to know what kind of people they are and I will gladly sign any class act law suit against this company.

Plus I am going to take an add out in the paper asking anyone who has an account or is thinking about letting Vanderbilt fin. To call me so I can tell them about this company and tell them to run like hell.

And if I can get 5 people not to have anything to do with them then I will be happy. And others should do this too and we may start a trend.
