Ripoff liars that break the privacy act laws

My husband and I had a baby in april, and we asked for an extention on our payment which we got. Along came May and I didn't get back to work til may 15th.in the mean time our house loan went through and we would be signing on our house june first. So we rented the trailer out on june 8th. So we figured the monies received would pay for may and june, we would be caught up, but the renters never came through with their money from the red cross of 700.00, so on june 29th i got a phone from the renters telling me that vanderbilt was there taking pictures and disclosed my spouse's information as well as mine, and told them how far rears the payments were, gave them a number to give to us, the renters called the number and vanderbilt gave them information about our loan that we would have only known. Such as the amount due and when it was due and if it wasn't paid by june 30th at 5pm it would be foreclosed. So vanderbilt took the renters names and cell phone numbers down and added to our loan to get phone about payments and ect. I called vanderbilt and of course they said it didn't happen, I then mentioned the PRIVACY ACT to them and they said they have the right to disclose information about anyone's personal buisness. Then proceeded to tell me the notes from talking to the renters, but REMEMBER IT NEVER HAPPENED... So I got on there website and printed a copy of their privacy policy and they went against the law. So now my husband and I have found out that the renters on the june 29th called and acted as if they were us. BC vanderbilt only asks for your name and address, which the renters had. And now we also have the renters on our loan thanks to vanderbilts unlawful buisness. So now what do we do?
