Dishonest Fraudulent Billing

I received a collection notice from Ifni, Inc. Stating I owe Verizon Communications, Inc. $164.57 on Saturday, January 20. The billing phone number they used to collect this amount has not been used in over 12 years. I do not owe Verizon any money now or ever! I tried calling them but was told the wait would be 55 minutes.

When I called a couple of hours later, the number was busy and stayed that way for the duration of the afternoon. I looked at their website and it asks for the last four digits of my Social Security. I was not going to give my number on the internet.

After reading dozens of complaints about Ifni, Inc. And what they are doing to us/me, I am shocked. How did they get my personal information? Something needs to be done about this fraudulent company. I wish to participate in a lawsuit against this company. How can they get away with this? I hope more people come forward!
