Afni, Ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing

I received a collection notice from Afni, Inc. On Jan. 19. It states I owe 538.66 to Verizon Communications, Inc.

It lists a telephone number I am not familiar with.

I have never used Verizon Communications to my knowledge.

I am thankful to have found this website to know what to do. I was worried about this ruining my credit when I know I do not owe this.
