Verizon fraudulent collection notice!

I received a collection notice in the mail today from AFNI, Inc. Stating that they acquired my account information from Verizon Communications, Inc. The notice indicated that I owed $137.65 for a phone number I have never had! Upon trying to reach the company, all lines were busy (with a constant busy tone) and when a recording was finally heard, it indicated that no one was available... Stating to call back later.

Verizon has no record of this phone number or the account number provided to me.

I placed a fraud alert on all credit reports!
