Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Tampa

They sent me a letter stating that a platnium card with my name on it was ready for me to use. I have not recieved my card and it has been almost two months. But unfortunately I did not check on the net to see what they were about. I want to know what can be done about this. If some one knows please let me know what to do. Beware of these IDIOTS.!!!
