Credit services division ripped me, my wife, and my two girls off! Deception ripped off and scammed

I am a 30 yr. Old parapelegic on a very small fixed income with 2 girls and a wife. I received a phone call mid june telling me I was pre-aproved for a mastercard with a 2500.00 limit for a 29.95 processsing fee and 99.00 annual fee. It sounded great because I never have built any credit-not even bad credit, I fell for it.in the time I was waiting for the package I had two more debits on my account, one for 99.00 and another for 64.00. My bank will let overdrafts fly and will cover up to 1000.00 a day on my account and then hit me with insufficent funds fee. I didn't have alot of money in the bank so when these charges hit my account the bank covered and hit with insufcient funds fees and paid the requested debit. This has left me and has me overdrown with penaltys. The initial 292.95 and insufcient funds fees that are over 150.00, made my rent check bounce. I am in trouble! I am extra worried because tonight is saturday and I cant get a hold of the bank. I Need Help, Billapple valley, California
