Ripoff

I recieved a letter in the mail saying I was approved for a platnium card with the credit limit of $5000.00 and 12 months 0% apr... And sent $49 for fast processing... They cashed my check on September 23... And have heard nothing... I've been waiting for my card... Until today I pulled up this website... And they are ripping people off... I want a refund...
