Ripoff Double charged on a NSF check bank charge CUSTOMER ALREADY PAID!

On a NFS letter sent to me by TRS, the are charging be double the amount of the State required amount! After speaking to them that these checks were being paid they continue with RUDE and untimely calling, Calls are at 6am to 12am? I have been insulted by the Reps belittled, after letting them know that the were being paid, after starting to pay the checks that were stolen. They sent e collection letters with checks that were either already pid but the had different charges which were higher, They replied that these were fees that were not included and double! On one check for $4.67 I was charge $48.07. After I paid the same check for $34.67. I hope that I am able to receive suggestions or help.
