They ripped me off and wont give me my money back their address doesn't even exist

I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Byron Miller. He told me I was approved for a personal in the amount of $5000.00 all I had to do was fax him my banking information with a western union confirmation within 4 hours and I would have the money in my account by the next day.

After I sent him the information and still no money I called him back and got his voicemail, I was then transfered to customer service where they told me I needed to send in an additional $770.00 for insurance purposes. I also sent the amount via western union with the guarantee it would be in my account within 4 hours. Still no money.

I then began to call customer service and spoke with a supervisor by the name of "Todd"... He told me I would get a refund within 30 days. Something didn't sound right so I decided to go to the office listed on their website only to find out the address DOES NOT EXIST. I stopped a New York City police officer who I had call the customer service and they gave him the run around too.

My next step was to report the company to the better business bureau. I waited to see if I would get the refund and it has been more than 30 days and still no money. If you have been ripped off by this company please contact me so that we can try to get our money back... Or so that this doesn't happen to another innocent victim.
