Miscellaneous

Was told that I was approved for a loan in the amount of $8000. Michael Taylor was my loan officer. He emailed me the contract and I faxed it back. All I had to do was pay the Insurance of $545 and the money would be transfered into my account direct deposit in 4 hours. Transfered $545 (Plus $33 Western Union Fees) on the 11/15. The next day was contacted by Robert Davis the senior loan officer. He told me that Michael had made a error and that I was required to pay $2000 for the loan but since Michael had made a error that if I send $600 more he will put me on the standard coverage Insurance for $1100. So send $600 (Plus $33 Western Union Fees) more on the 11/17. And again nothing. Was then contacted by Julie Conrad in the Customer Service Dept. She said the file was tranfered to her and was sorry for the confusion and that Robert wass wrong again and that I had to pay the Full Coverage Insurance of $2000.00 and that the company would cover $300 because of the errors. So send another $555 (Plus $33 Western Union Fees) and call it in and I would have my money in 4 hours. Send on 11/23 and called it in the morning of the 24. I have sent 2 emails to the company called countless times and left countless messages and can not get a answer or a return phone call.
