O/D fees on pending transactions

I monitor my accounts daily. I am not much of a paper person, therefore, internet banking is a must for me.

Many times, BOA has changed me OD fees when I didnt feel I could possibly have been over drawn. It didnt appear as though they were posting the credits to my account before the debits were posted. I dont think this is the case.

2 days ago, I had a 'pending transaction' for 6.68, putting me 1.68 over drawn. This was early in the day. I made an online transfer from my other account, at the same bank obviously, for 5.00. Need I mention my payroll deposit would be deposited the next night.

Anyway, low and behold, they over drafted me for the 1.68. This is an ongoing thing with this bank.

I started reading usacomplaints.com when I was interested in changing banks, I found a similar complaint about (ROR REDACTED COMPETITORs NAME) (what kind of name is that anyway) and have decided they will NOT be my choice for my new bank.

I will be researching (ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME) as well
