Rip off, garnished for $2,000! I hope this helps, i have phone number!

I to have been taken by Nco Financial. They have local offices thru out the country! I called them a couple of months ago and by mistake gave them where I worked!!! Huge mistake if anyone does talk to them be sure to say you are unemployed!!!

I told them where I worked and Low and be hold 3 weeks ago I got my paychek on Friday and there was 194.00 taken out of it by a garnishment by them!!! I got my credit report and they put a judgement agaisnt me for 1914.00.

I called them a couple of months ago because my wife and I was buying a house and they had some crap claims on my credit report and I asked them to send me all the info on what this was about and if I was to fault them I would like to set up some sort of payment (I thought it could have been doctor bills from years ago)??

Anyways, There is a phone number that showed up on the credit report for them and it is 800-709-8613. I learned my lesson. I will never call another place and tell them where I work from now on I will always say UNEMPLOYED!

Plus I didnt know that a place can just automatically garnish wages. I called and found out that they can!!! So everyone BEWARE when takling to them!!! I still havent received anything from them stating what exactly I am paying off!!!

Goood luck all... I also have the addy. Dont know if it will help anyone I have wrote them and still no response! I am going back to the court house tomm. Well see if anything else has been found out.
