This fictitious company allegedly defrauded me of over $17,000. Ripoff

Business & Finance

Velocitur (no FBN statement recorded with the County) has promised to pay me (by letter and email) the debts of Judgment Recovery Experts the fictitious business name (no FBN statement recorded with the County) used by Dmetri Jamison (who goes by another fictitious name with no FBN statement filed in the County, "Demetreis Jamissen").

I was awarded $30,000. Plus 10% interest in criminal restitution. I picked Jamison's company from the web CAJP web site (California Association of Judgment Professionals) to collect the money after not receiving many payments for two years. Jamison sent me a fake contract with fake business names on it. I signed it in good faith.

One month later the City of San Francisco collected $24,000., paid me and because I thought Jamison's contract was real, I thought I owed him 30% so I sent him over $8,000.

Later Jamison collected over $9,000. As result of MY OWN RESEARCH and paid me my share with a rubber check for over $5,300. That was January and I've not been paid a penny since. I recently won a judgment against him in small claims court for the check amount plus $1,500. And costs.

(Velocitur as a defendant was dismissed without prejudice because I forgot to show the judge two pieces of paper. But it's my understanding that since Velocitur is a fictitious business with no FNB statement filed it (nor any of the other entities listed except for Dmetri Jamison) has any legal standing to sue.)
