Don't Use this Company - They Steal the Money they Collect!

Do not ever use this company to collect a judgment, because you will never see your money!

I hired this company represented by Timothy Berndt to collect a court judgment I was awarded. Now I know why he worked so hard to collect the money. HE KEPT IT.

He charges a 50% fee (high, but pretty standard and worth it for no hassle) to collect court judgments. You assign the judgment to him and he goes after whatever assets the individual that you won the lawsuit against. You just sit back and wait for him to collect, then he turns over 50%. Seems like a good enough deal — as long as you get paid.

This thief collected the money back in March 08, gave me some crap about having to hold the funds for 30 days in case "any issues came up", then promised to cut the check around April 15. About 2 weeks later, he was "working on getting my funds released".

Guess what? It's now July and I still haven't seen a dime. The scam artist still has not answered my simple question: If he has collected the money, what does he have to "work on" to get my funds released?

He doesn't have any money, he spent it, or whatever. At the end of the day, this guy is a thief—plain and simple.

I have filed a suit against him and will probably get a judgment I'll never collect—AGAIN. I am also reporting him to the authorities as there may be possible criminal charges to bring. Believe me, I will prosecute.

Be aware — never, never use this company as you will never get your money.
