Stole money via hidden fees and unfair business practices Ripoff Houston

Since the very beginning this bank has had to reverse fees that were unjustly added to my account and when the employees see this many of them get angry because they know that their system is questionable however the I am told that because so many of the fees have had to be reversed that I am not elligible to get any more reversed and am still being unjustly charged for things that I shouldn't be. I receive direct deposit from the dept of treasury and this month out of $402.00 I myself was only able to spend 80.00 because the other had been taken by this bank I have banked here since 2004 and this has been ongoing. There needs to be something done to stop this banking institution from the things that they are doing.
