I have never seen such a thing they lie and bribe you and you think your getting a start to better credit and then you meet this god forsaking company First Capital Consumers. They don't answer their phones and when you do get through to them they hang up on you and want a bank statement sent to them if you want a refund they don't need my bank statement they already have all my information right there I am not giving them shit. So they can take more money out of my account I would have to be crazy. They should have to pay us for going through all this. Its been very frustrating and time consuming and I feel they should pay. This company should not even be aloud. If I was to do something like this I would be in Jail and so should the people who participate with this company taking peoples money knowing damn well we will never see anything.
