Hello my name is Rosa and I was ripped-off as of May 8 First Capitol consumers withdrawl $199.00 out of my ckecking account. And here we are in Aug and credit card. So i faxs them a letter and a copy of the bank statement that they took my money. And i wanting my refund back into my ckecking account. I even called them today and the lady said that it was mailed out on July 28 It's bull shit.
