First Capital Consumers debited $199.00 from my checking account for credit card fees. I was promised a credit card with a limit of $2,500. I was to receive this card in a four to six weeks period. Three months later, I have no credit card. There is no way of reaching anyone to talk to at the customer service phone numberprovided. Now I learn that this company has ripped off many people like myself. Is there anyone, who can help resolve this matter? SteveNewton Falls, Ohio
