They purchased homeowners insurance for us, which cost $10,000 a yr, our house note went from $700 a month up to $1070 a month, Los Angeles, Santa Ana

Ameriquest Mortgage put my husbands initials on a settlement statement that they were paying off three of his american express cards & he never even had one account with american express. They claim they paid Sears off $1800-had me sign the check made out to Sears, send it back to AMC& they would send it to Sears for us; well now we have a judgement on our house from Sears-they're sueing us.

AMC purchased homeowners insurance for us for $10,000 a year which brought our monthly mortgage payment to AMC from $700 to $1070 a month; not even knowing if that was in our budget. We can't afford that extra withdraw from our income.

So we started to look for someone to refinance us, when AMC sent someone to my door with papers that they were foreclosing on our home. I've talked to five different people at ameriquest mortgage and they will not work out an agreement with me, they stated over and over again that " We don't make enough money to make payment arrangements." Then what is a forebarence agreement? They won't except payments if it's not everything that is owed to them in monthly payments, late charges, attorney fees & insurance.

They have violated a few flordia statues that would knull our agreement/contract; but I can't afford an attorney. The only thing that AMC will tell me to do is to sell my home; This is our family home in Jesus name & I will not accept their last words.

They have done us WRONG and need to let us live again. This has caused so much pain; we're stressed to the max, causing family problems, depression & even thought about divorce when that word has never been mentioned between my husband and myself. I'm tired of feeling so LOST when the Lord says we can conquor all, I need to put an end to this devilish mess that AMC has brought into my life. It's even interfered with work and not able to sleep.
