Unprofessional representatives ripoff

I have read a couple reports of rude and harassing phone calls from this mortgage company. I too have had several rude conversations with thier representatives.

On a couple of occassions now, while at work, I've been called and asked about a payment that was late. It has been brought up about borrowing money from relatives. I've also been told that I need to "figure out my priorities!" My vehicle payments got behind so that I could catch up on my mortgage payments.

So when I was late after trying to catch my vehicle payments up I was told by one of thier representatives that I should sell my vehicle so that I could keep making my payments to them on time.

Several of my family mebers have been contacted by them trying to reach me as well as my landlord. So not only do they harass the owner of the loan but thier families as well for a payment that is ten days late.

I've also been told that i needed to make the late payment as well as the next payment due or they wouldn't accept it.
