Ignorant Principles ripoff

I have never experienced a company that does not leave a message at your home phone number they will hang up and call a work number this leads me to beleive that they do not know that a person can be fired because of there actions. I wonder if they realize no job no payment. I have started a log of there calls and get names of the reps that can be ingorant, rude and disrepectful. I will join a class suit this company needs to follow the laws and a class action suit just might be the solution. Don't theaten take action.
