Lied and mislead me then avoided me Ripoff Elkridge

I contacted Castlepoint mortgage concerning a refinance when I had a financial situation that put my home in jeopardy. I was told I was getting a no doc loan at 11.99% and was able to take out an excess of 16000 dollars. Everyone was very nice at the time. I heard from Tabetha Pannuty on a Wednesday saying we could close on the loan as early as that Friday I said great she said everything as we discussed. She also said that either herself or William Corcoran would get back to me to confirm all the details. I never heard from them again. The only call I got was from the person coming to close my loan. When he arrived and we started to fill out paper work my money back was 2400 and my interest rate was 12.89% I called to Castle point mortgage and neither Tabethat or William would come to the phone. I finally got a supervisor by the name of Johanna speak to me and was at first very rude saying that there was nothing she could do. She said that my load was a fully documented loan and that how I am looking at it was exactly what I was told and what was put through. I read to her the emails that Tabetha had sent to me discussing the loan amount and conditions she then acknowledge that there was an error and that they put the loan through wrong and with the wrong program. Because of the situation I was in I had to close on this insane loan and now will have to worry about finding a better situation. William you said to me that only young mortgage people need to do things like this and that your name will never be seen on the rip off report well you did this to me and your name is now on here
