William Bill Knisely, Mortgage One Financial Group, Firstmerit Financial Aka Enterprise Mortgage Loan fraud-added to loan amount to pay repairs, never gave me the money Ripoff

I was a first time home buyer. Negotiated a purchase price. Loan officer Bill Knisely advised that I increase the loan value by $5000.00 to use in making repairs on the property. He advised that the $5000.00 would be given to me in the form of a "refund" at the end of the transaction.

After all funds were dispersed, he (or his company) never gave the the $5000.00 that was added to my loan.in trying to contact him, he left the company where he worked (Mortgage One Financial Group) without telling me. Then, he went to work at Firstmerit Financial aka Enterprise Mortgage as a partner. I found this out with great difficulty. Upon contacting him, he says he said he knows he owes me the $5000.00 and would pay me in the first week of February. I still have not gotten the money.

I contacted Mortgage One Financial, where he worked when the loan took place, I was told he had been let go.
