Ripoff Fraudulent attempt to collect a debt from 9 years ago that never existed!

This company is the lowest of low, buying bogus debts and trying to collect on them. They are claiming I had a $250 student loan from 1998 (9 YEARS AGO), it shows they magically "Updated" it on 2006 which from what I understand resets the SOL, even tho I have never even SPOKEN to them much less agreed to pay anything ever. I never had the original student loan (What college lets you get a degree for $250!?!?) and will never pay this company. Now they have it listed TWICE on my credit report with a one-digit-different account, its the only thing messing up my credit at the moment and it's pissing me off. I wish there were someway to get it off my report and force these guys to drop it, especially since 1. It never happened and 2. Its listed as 9 years ago anyway, well beyond the statues of limitations. If you ever see a letter or something on your credit report that says "Asset Acceptance Corp" be very weary, these guys are snakes.
