Trying to collect after SOL, 10 years later! Ripoff Tampa

Asset Acceptance is calling me trying to collect a debt that is past the SOL. I believe the SOL in Florida is 4 years and this debt is older than that. I just pulled my credit report and it's not on there. (I realize these are different)

My question is how do I proceed since they have only contacted me by phone. I don't have a letter or even my account number. I do have the person's name that called as I saved the phone message. I would like to send a cease and desist letter, but am unsure how to word it. Any help would be appreciated! This company scares me. (It's for a Target charge card I did have in the early 90's.)
