Don't owe them just phone harassment for someone who had cell phone number before me ripoff

I have never heard of this company til i got a boost cell phone.

The number belonged to someone who had an account with them before i got it. I called them and tolded them i didn't know this person and to take my number out of their system. Needless to say i contuined to recieve calls. I wrote an e-mail to them and still recieve calls. Sometimes these calls come at 8:00 to 9:00 pm. Called them again with a little more angry and tolded the, to take it (number) out of system that what they were doing to me was phone harassment and i would see a lawyer. They tolded me it would take 2 to 3 days to take it out of their system. I recieved one more call tonight not more then 4 hrs after i talked to them. Go figure
