Ripoff What a pest

Out of no where I am getting calls on my cell phone (not my home phone, my cell) from this 800-525-8022 number and each time I answer, it's some machine tellling me to call that number. So I googled the number and found this site that has folks with bad experience with these people so needless to say I don't bother to call them.

Fact is I pay all my bills and don't have any outstanding bills. So why am I getting calls from these people out of no where? How did they even get ahold my cell phone number? I know my home number is unlisted. May be that's why I get calls on cell phone? What they couldn't find my address to mail me what it's about? Should I call them?
