Promised a loan after I paid collateral and insurance fees never got money no response to calls ripoff

I was trying to get a persoanl loan online, when this guy named Kyle Foster called to say I was approved for a $5,000 loan. He said I just needed to send a collateral payment of $800, and the money would be deposited in my account by the next day after my payment was received.

I sent the money by Western Union, as directed. The next day I checked my account. The money wasn't there. I called the toll free number and was told that I had to send an additional $776 for insurance on the loan. After the insurance was paid, I was to receive my loan within six to twenty-four hours. I checked with my bank again. Still no money.

By this time, I had sent these people all the money I had plus some I had to borrow from family. At this point I was beyond angry. I contacted customer service, and they told me that the lender was asking for closing fees. They said this was unacceptable. I agreed and asked if I was able to get my money back. They said it would take up to twenty business days because it had to go back to their main office first and then to me.

Long story short, I'm still waiting. It has been longer than twenty business days. I have called their customer service department no less than five times in the past two weeks. No one is ever available. I have left messages and sent emails. No one has responded.

This has devasted me financially, and has caused a lot of addition stress in my life. I wanted the loan to pay off some bills and go Christmas shopping for my family. Now I am even further behind, and can't afford to buy presents for my kids.
