Promised a loan, stole my 4000.00 collateral deposit, wanted more money and when I said no they got mean ripoff

Kathy Martin called and told me my loan had been approved but that I needed to send a 10% collateral deposit and that I would have my funds directly deposited into my account within 48 hours.
Kyle Foster gave me the wire transfer information, I sent the money and when I checked my account nothing had been deposited, I called and spoke with Kyle who told me I now need to speak with customer service Cooper guarenteed me that everything was on the up and up he even faxed me a letter stating so but that now they needed an additional 770.00 for insurance when I refused he got me I was angry and started yelling that I wanted a refund he hung up on me.
When I called back I was told because I was so rude the only person left for me to speak to was the manager Mr. Waters who in their words would chew me up and spit me out. Mr. Waters informed me that a refund would be sent on or about the 25th of December however they would be keeping half of my 4000.00 for breach of contract and a additional 600.00 for their administrative fees.
This company is a scam I have filed a complaint with the FBI and the pennsylvania department of banking who informed me that 4940 s Broad street is a appartment building so guess what I am out 4000.00. I applied for a loan because I needed the money now I am further behind than ever and with 4 children at Christmas. I just hope that someone can catch up with these people and give them what they have coming.
They will answer to someone someday I just hope it's soon. I bet they are driving around in hummers and mercades eating Filet mingion while we eat mac and cheese and hope to put tires on our cars. Some one get them please.
