Bank Refused to credit my account after they stole my money and charged me decleine fees Ripoff

I have a Only 1 Bank card which is a checking account that you get over the computer that you can get direct deposit or go to a store and apply money. Well my 9 year old son's SSI is deposited into the account every month. I opened an account at bank of america and had my son's checked changed to this account but it won't be affective until Jan. 2007. So I went to bank of america this morning to get my cash off of my only 1 card to put into my bank of america account, weel in the process of trying to get my money using my correct pin the atm said there was a problem with the transaction and kept the card and my money so i went into the bank and we called Only 1 and they said that the computer states that I recevied the funds. So the president of the bank explained to them what had happened and that I Did Not Recieve the money and also told them that it was declined and they contiued to tell her that there was nothing that they could or would do. That It shows that i got the money and she told them that I did not. She faxed them The papers that they requsted stating everything about the machines malfunchion and everything else and they still refused to return my son's SSI Thay was suppose to had bought his Play Station 3. They are Crooks and they are common to steal a little boys money. Please Do Not Do Business With These People.
