Innocent Bystanders Beware! Capitolgrantusa is a HUGE Scam!

I was contacted by this company on my cell phone, which i do believe it is totally not kosher~how did they get my number? ~ for MONTHS before I finally answered the call. The girl on the phone~ Sara I think her name was~ who offered me the chance to finally research the grant that I so desperatly needed at the time, for the small price of $299. She promised that I would get a full refund (less shipping) if I did not receive less than 3 offers[of grant (s) totaling less than $5000]. All with in 5-8 weeks (this I'm not so sure of).

Now despite my better judgment, I agreed to let this happen and gave my checking account # to the girl who postdated the withdrawl of $299 directly from my account. I was then given a verification #, which is 3028489. The check was promptly withdrawn on Oct. 17th, as stated on my bank account. The 866 # I dial says it is temporarily unavailable and 866-548-7630 (which I was told to call if I had non-sufficent funds) just rings and rings and rings.

I also wrote down the name Natasha who I think reconfirmed bank account info and also explained that the $299 was refunded (less shipping) if I can show proof of denial (3) with in 6 months of purchase. So far I have recieved no information as promised, and I basically feel like I have been taken for the complete fool. I fully support a class action suit against these philanderer's and would appreciate any communication regarding this matter. Thank you.
