Ripped me off for $295.00

I was called on Sept 1. The individual had called me to report fraud at the Citibak and that many customers of that bank were being called. I was to pay 295.00 for an attorney, in turn I would be sent papers to fill out and return and in turn once they recieved my papers I would be sent 399.00 for any fraud from citibank. I havent been sent any documents to sign and here it is Nov, Im asking for my money back.
