Ripoff - did not refund my money

Well I ordered the program about 5 months ago and they never told me they were going to charge my account 89.00, they just told me it was 9.95 a month. My account got overdrawn from it and I called them to get a refund and they said to send the package back and they will give me a refund so I did. After about a month I called there phone # and they said they would refund the money againand so I waited and kept calling and calling and they kept telling me the same thing until three months after this had been happening I called them again, well they said I would have to go to my bank and fill out charge papers, my bank didnt know what I was talking about and they gave me fraud papers to fill out. Well I took the papers back to my bank and waited to get a letter from them and when I did they said they couldnt do anything about it because it had been too long and I should have reported it sooner, because there is a 90 day period to report fraud.
