HouseHold ripoff "lost papers" I will never go there and will turn anyone away from there that I can

My boyfriend has a problem with HH as well. He has been on workers comp for the last 9 months and has the ins on the loan to cover if anything happens and he can't work. Well he asked for the paperwork to do that at least 3 times and finally got it. Had it filled out and dropped it back off.

Well got a call for the payment. They never got the papers. Lost them. So he had to once again get the papers and have them filled out. While still making the payments and going to the dr to get them filled out.

Well once again. They lost them. The Dr charged him to get them done the 3rd time and finally he stood over them while they faxed it to the home office and got a return fax stating they got it as well as the manager at that office to sign and say it was done.

Well 3 weeks later a phone call. They don't have them on record so now he is having to pay the payments and has for the past 8 months it has taken them to get the paper work and lose it, not sure of what he is going to do now other than try to get it payed off. But they are going to take all the payments he made and put it the balance as well as the ones they should have made since they lost the papers. All I can say about it is I will never go there and will turn anyone away from there that I can.
